The following Terms and Conditions govern the website operated and provided by Art Start Studio Australia (ABN: 63356114162). Orders placed on Art Start Studio Australia’s website for any Classes, Art Packs, Online Classes and/or Art Materials are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Art Start Studio Australia may at any time, in its sole discretion, amend, vary or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice. Modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and any subsequent use by you of this website will constitute your acceptance of the modifications and the then-current terms and conditions of use of the Art Start Studio Australia website.Art Start Studio Australia may, without notice, terminate or suspend this website or any part of the website at any time.
ENROLMENTS FOR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS:
ART CLASSES:
Student places for any before-school and/or after-school art classes are only confirmed upon full and upfront payment of fees for the term. At the end of each term student parents/guardians will receive an email reminder regarding enrolment for the following term via the website form. Enrolments for the subsequent terms will be made available to current students first (for a limited time and dependent upon receipt of full payment). If places are still available they will then be open and filled on a first in-first-served basis, upon receipt of full payment.
Class sizes are strictly limited and places cannot be confirmed without payment.
TERM FEES:
Term fees are usually based on the number of weeks in a school term. (approx. 9-10 weeks). Mid-term enrolments may be available and are calculated based on the number of weeks remaining in the school term.
Each class is $17 per session per person, with an additional $15 at the beginning of each students’ first term (or at the beginning of the year) for a Visual Arts book. All other high-quality art materials are provided in the term fees.
WORKSHOPS:
Online enrolment and payment (in full) is required to secure a place in workshops. Fees are non-refundable (except if the workshop is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances).
CANCELLATION by Art Start Studio Australia:
Art Start Studio Australia reserves the right to amend any class, teacher or class / workshop schedule. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide a substitute of equal standing. Should a class have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will not be provided for any times that students are absent from classes or workshops. It may be possible for students to negotiate a ‘make-up’ class or workshop; however, this will be dependent on enrolment numbers and attendances in any given week or session. Please notify Art Start Studio Australia (via email or SMS) as soon as you are aware that the student is unable to attend a class, so that we can try to accommodate any changes.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Photos of students and artworks are often taken during classes or workshops. These photos are used for Art Start Studio Australia’s promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media posts, editorials and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Art Start Studio Australia. As a Condition of enrolment your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of your child or their artworks please notify us in writing prior to attendance.
CREATIVE KIDS NSW VOUCHERS:
As a registered provider for the NSW Government ‘Creative Kids’ program, you can redeem your child’s Creative Kids voucher(s) through the Art Start Studio Australia website. If you don’t have a voucher or want to find out more, please visit service.nsw.gov.au
NOTE: Each Creative Kids voucher (valued at AU$100) is valid until 31 December of the year that it was issued.
Creative Kids vouchers can be used at Art Start Studio Australia for the following:
Term Classes OR
School Holiday Workshops OR
The purchase of Art Packs OR
Online Classes
Creative Kids vouchers are for single use and can only be used to redeem ONE of the above services.
If the cost of your class/workshop or art pack is less than AU$100, you will forfeit the balance of the voucher in accordance with Service NSW Creative Kids Voucher conditions .
If using a Creative Kids voucher for payment, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct details of the Creative Kids NSW Voucher are provided to Art Start Studio when placing your order and that the voucher has not already been used. This ensures Art Start Studio Australia can successfully redeem your voucher with Service NSW.
By supplying a Creative Kids NSW Voucher for payment, you are authorising Art Start Studio Australia to process the cost of your order from your Creative Kids NSW Voucher with Service NSW.
USING CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS FOR ART PACKS:
To use NSW Creative Kids vouchers to purchase Art Packs, voucher details must first be redeemed by Art Start Australia through Service NSW. To use the voucher customers will need to complete the form on Creative Kids Vouchers page. When the voucher has been successfully processed, customer will be sent a unique code to apply at checkout for purchasing Creative Kids Art Packs.
One unique code is sent per Creative Kids Voucher. A new form is to be completed for each new Creative Kids Voucher to be redeemed.
Creative kids vouchers may take 1-3 Business days to be processed.
CREATIVE KIDS NSW VOUCHER EXPIRY:
Creative Kids NSW Vouchers will expire on December 31st, of the same year that the voucher was issued. Any orders placed after 5pm AEST on December 31st using the Creative Kids Vouchers issued in that year will not be processed.
Orders placed after the 31st December may not be processed before the voucher expires due to Public Holidays and administration time with Service NSW. You will be notified by Art Start Studio Australia if your voucher was not redeemed prior to expiry.
Any orders placed from January 1st of any given year will need to be placed using a Creative Kids NSW Voucher from that same year.
Once your Creative Kids Voucher has been processed with Service NSW, you will be sent a confirmation email, which will include details of your order as well as access to any relevant downloadable PDF worksheet instructions. Your Art Pack order will then be processed and shipped to your nominated delivery address.
Art Start Studio Australia is unable to process and ship orders until Creative Kids Voucher is validated with Service NSW.
Once Creative Kids Vouchers have been processed with Service NSW refunds are not available.

ART PACKS & ONLINE CLASSES:
Orders placed on Art Start Studio Australia’s website for Art Packs and Online lessons, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Art Start Studio Australia reserves the right to make any adjustments to these Terms & Conditions at any time. The content of the PDF worksheets and all online classes (and all other Art Start Studio resources) are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Art Start Studio Australia.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure sufficient web access via the internet in order to download any PDF lesson content and worksheets and to access the online class materials.
MATERIALS:
Art Start Studio Australia aims to source high quality products from a range of reputable art suppliers for students to work with. Any manufacturing concerns with any materials or products can be directed to Art Start Studio Australia in writing, via email.
By purchasing any materials through Art Start Studio Australia, you are agreeing that the use any such materials is at your own risk. Art Start Studio Australia recommends that children of all ages are always adequately supervised by a responsible adult when using any supplied art materials, to ensure safety and minimise any risks.
Art Start Studio Australia aims to supply Art Packs as per the contents listed on our website. However, the contents of each art pack may vary due to product availability at the time or ordering. Subsequently, Art Start Studio reserves the right to supply a similar or alternate replacement product on occasion.
Please choose Art Packs/ products carefully as we do not provide refunds for incorrect choice.
